We will consider what is important to you in terms of location, size, number of bedrooms, proximity to schools, workplaces, and transportation.

We will work through suitable listings, schedule property viewings, providing you with insights into the local market.

Property Inspections

We will assess the property's condition, identifying any potential issues. If you are not present, let's video call.

Negotiate

I will help to negotiate an offer and loan approval process when necessary.

Closing the deal

You will have my support at the final closing with a notary as well as any post-closing: arrange for utilities to be transferred to your name and update your address.
